Creative testing without burning budget
Most creative budgets are spent proving what we already suspected. A lean testing framework finds winners faster, and for less.
Start with a hypothesis, not an asset
Every test should answer a question: 'does social proof beat urgency?' Even a loser teaches you something reusable.
Test one variable at a time
Hook, format, or offer: change one, hold the rest. Bundled changes give you a result you can't explain or repeat.
Small, controlled, honest
Equal budget, same audience, enough time to reach significance. Cheap tests that don't bring conclusions are an expensive waste.
Kill fast, scale slower
Cut clear losers early, but let winners prove themselves before you pour in cash. Early winners regress more often than anyone would like.
